Membership Dues

 

Membership is $20 per year, plus $2 per meeting that helps offset our weekly facility charges. Members can purchase a meeting punch card (commonly referred to as “breakfast card”) for $20, which is good for 12 meetings (a savings of $4!). Guests may attend a meeting one time as our guest for free before paying dues.

 

Membership Pledge

I agree to support this Association by my attendance and participation. I further agree to abide by the BY LAWS/Regulations set forth by the membership. I also understand that the Tri-County Realty Association is a non-profit organization originated to foster business relationships and make charitable contributions. My participation in sponsored events, including weekly home tours, is voluntary and I agree to hold the Tri-County Realty Association harmless in the event of any accident or injury I sustain through my participation.
