About Home Tours
Tri-County Area Realty Association offers two types of tours for any paid Realtor members’ listings. Realtor and House ads for the O'charley's meeting TV.
Caravan Tour
$5/listing +(Membership $30.00 1 year) after that its just $5.00 as long as you are a member.
These are listings within the Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, Canal Winchester, Groveport and Southwest Licking school districts. These tours are scheduled for the SECOND and FOURTH weeks of each month. Agent to supply a gift card to be drawn at the house.
Video Tour & ADS
$5/listing Video can be put on TV during meeting.
These are used for any listing a member may want to share with members. These may be ran any time there is a listing or ads to share.
VENMO INFO: PAY AS A FRIEND AS WE ARE
A NON PROFIT 501c3 ORGANIZATION.
